About

Hi, I'm Annie Jin and I'm a product enthusiast. I'm excited about products that truly makes the life of the user easier, innovative product designs and solving problems. I'm currently a Product Manager working on new product development and UI/UX at PX -- a customer acquisition platform in the MarTech space. I work through the entire product life-cycle of many core features, you can check them out here.
Previous to moving to product full-time, I was a Senior Campaign Manager in AdTech where I gained useful insights on A/B testing methodologies and Data Analyses to improve conversion rates and drilled down on audience insights for better targeting. As a result, I was able to facilitate the planning of campaigns and web properties that needed to be developed as a Product Owner. I was also the lead on getting our publishers integrated to our API for a real-time bidding feature.
Before that, I was the first Quality Assurance Manager at ReviMedia where I was responsible for checking online forms and websites the company built and creating use cases. This was when I was first exposed to how difficult it was to develop in the front-end and how important UI/UX were.
Building something from scratch has always excited me. Not having a CS background does not stop me from wanting to learn more about programming languages (as evident from this website) and other technical aspects. I've always been one for learning how things tick, tinkering around and finding the right pieces to fit the puzzle. I guess you can say, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty.
Outside of work, the kitchen is my santuary. There is something magical about bringing a bunch of raw foods together to make a delicious meal and the science behind food in general. To me, cooking is one of the most relaxing things I do on a weekly basis (provided I'm not cooking for a large audience). I usually try to squeeze in a cooking class at least once when I'm traveling abroad as well.
